Fettuccine and Crab
Makes 2 servings


6 oz (170 g) fettuccine
4 tbsp (60 mL) butter
2 cloves garlic – minced
1 cup (250 mL) milk
1/2 lb (225 g) Luxury Snow Crab Meat (leg and body meat)
1/4 cup (60 mL) parmesan cheese
1/4 cup (60 mL) steamed julienned carrots and zucchini for garnish
Pepper to taste  


Cook fettuccine as directed on package. In large skillet, saute garlic in butter. Add milk, crab and pepper. Heat until bubbling, about 3 minutes. Add parmesan cheese and stir 1 minute. Toss with cooked fettuccine. Garnish with steamed julienned carrots and zucchini.
