Hot Crab Dip


1 onion, minced
2 tbsp (30 mL) green pepper, minced
2 tbsp (30 mL) red pepper, minced
4 oz (114 g) butter, divided
8 oz (225 g) cream cheese
1 lb (454 g) Luxury Crab Meat
Tabasco sauce  
Cayenne pepper  


Sauté onion and peppers in 2 tbsp (30 mL) butter; set aside. In double boiler, melt remaining butter and cream cheese; blend well. Add Luxury Crab Meat, seasonings and vegetables. Serve in a chafing dish.
